Solution :

1. First of all install This tools and use it to clean all your Nvidia/ATI and physix driver (the normal uninstaller dont remove all the files from your arrangement).
2. Install the latest Nvidia / ATI commuter for your graphic card.
3. Install the latest physix driver from the nvidia website.
4. install the latest C++ Redistributable Package."vcredist_x86_sp1_atl_4053.exe"
v. Install the latest directx from HERE.
